Lindsey and Brian are just so wonderful and lovely to observe. While her and Brian where getting their photographs made, they were sweet, playful, and loving with one another and gosh darn, these are great qualities to have with your partner. They just fit.
Lindsey is a dear friend who constantly amazes me with her talent, beauty and silent sense of humor. This lady is bursting with hilarity and fabulous hair, but unassumingly displays these things and I find it incredibly endearing. I am so incredibly proud of these photographs and am excited to share them with the world, or those of you who are looking. =)
This particular couple, without saying a word, radiate love for one another. With their looks into each other’s eyes and when Derek put his loving arms around Meg, you could see the comfort and care between the two of them. It’s amazing, even as an initial stranger to these two even I know, these two are meant for one another. Both in advertising and both have hearts for travel, they met 6 years ago. Derek proposed to Meg on their road trip down the West Coast in Lucia, after watching a beautiful sunset disappear into the Pacific ocean.
Here’s an example of how cute they are: (taken from Meg’s blog where she’d make a statement and post a picture in regards to their 6 years together.)
“slow down, we’ve got time left to be lazy…
we’ve got fifty good years left to spend out in the garden…
i don’t care to beg your pardon; we shall live until we die…
i will not leave until it’s our time…
just take my hand and know that i will never leave your side…
i’ll set the table and you can make the fire…”

When I think of the Linn Family, I think good, kind-hearted people. Rachel and Cody (the parents) are constantly smiling and just seem to enjoy life, my kind of people. I am fortune enough to have shot for them once before when their first born, Navy was baptized. I hadn’t seen her since and now she is a grown, darling, 3 year old girl. Navy was very shy upon my arrival but curiosity kept her coming around even though she knew this was a shoot meant to showcase her new baby brother. It was so cute. She sat near me while I rummaged through my camera bag. As far as Noble, the new baby boy, I think he is perfect. Have a look for yourself, I do not think you’ll disagree!
I am so excited to share these with the world. Kara’s crown is absolutely a perfect accent to this lovely bride’s beauty, put together by Mary Kathryn Paynter of Loretta Flower. I really enjoyed working with Kara and could not be more please with the results. Behold:

Dan and Tabby are quite a pair. From the moment I met them they’ve always been very kind. My first conversation with Tabby was over email, she was so eager and vibrant when telling their story, which was a quick match for the two of them and absolutely fun. I’m pretty sure I smiled through the entire email. No joke. Just a few unique things about them, they loving dressing in costume and hosting social club events. Sign me up. Working with them constantly showed me how much fun it can be to be in love. Dan and Tabby’s wedding plans sound divine and I am so excited to shoot their wedding in January and then share all of their creative plans with you!!!

Dawna and Stephen are two lovely people who have smiles that quite frankly, don’t quit. One of my favorite things about Dawna is her enchantment and optimism, which Stephen seems to have no problem matching. They really couldn’t be more perfect for one another.
These two will be tying the knot this weekend in a beautiful sculpture garden, I look forward to photographing more of these smiles.

Had the pleasure of photographing this lovely couple. I feel like all of the conditions of this shoot were absolutely perfect. Couple, location, weather…all like a dream. I am so pleased to present these to you. Ty and Audrey have been together for over 4 years and Ty decided to propose to her on their recent trip to Hawaii. So fabulous! I love these two, the love they share radiates out of them like gigantic sun beams and downright makes me giddy. Seriously.
